Virginia Highlands Festival t-shirts are always a favorite souvenir. The 2008 Festival offers three styles to choose from. Souviner tees will also be available at the Dance Party on Main Street, Saturday, July 26, daily at the Information Tent on Stonewall Square and at the Antiques Market just off Exit 13.

2008 VHF Signature Art Tee
The 2008 Virginia Highlands Festival souvenir t-shirt features a detail from the 2008 VHF signature art by local artist, Lee Coburn.

2008 Youth Flip-Flop Tee
The Festival's Arts and Crafts Committee held a T-shirt contest with local schools. The winning design, "Flip, Flop, and Hop! Your Way To The Virginia Highlands Festival," was created by Lane Manley, a student at E.B. Stanley Middle School in Abingdon, Va.
Color: white.

T-Shirt Art Contest Winner
In an effort to increase involvement of our area youth, the Virginia Highlands Festival held a children’s T-shirt contest. The contest was open to students of Washington County Middle Schools, Christian schools and private schools. The winning entry was selected from more than eighty submissions, and was submitted by Lane Manley of Abingdon, Virginia.
Lane is a student in Ms. Ellis’ art class at E.B. Stanley Middle School. Her artwork is entitled “Flip, Flop, and Hop! Your Way To The Virginia Highlands Festival”. Lane was awarded with prize money, and her artwork was made into a t-shirt which will be available for sale during the Virginia Highlands Festival. Lane’s father says “She is always doodling. She plays softball, loves cheerleading, and is outgoing and fun-loving”.
